Housing

MOHF operates supportive transitional housing to people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurities. Our housing facilities are in a “home-like” setting that is safe and comfortable to support re-entry, women & families and seniors.

Employment Assistance

At MOHF we understand employment is a step towards becoming self-sufficient. Individuals will work our case managers who will connect them to reliable employment opportunities.

Resource Center

Our Resource Center provides comprehensive support services, including housing assistance, document preparation, employment referrals, case management, reentry support, expungement and record sealing, DMV services, and resources for substance abuse and domestic violence.

Outreach

MOHF will meet individuals where they are in the community to create awareness of our programs and services. Our team members have similar backgrounds and lived experiences to create culturally appropriate support for individuals.

Linkage to mental health and substance use treatment.
Accompaniment to medical appointments.
