Criminal Record Expungement

Measure of Hearts Foundation provides free expungement and record-clearing assistance to help individuals move forward from past convictions. By guiding participants through the legal process to expunge or seal eligible California cases, we help open doors to better job opportunities, housing, and stability.

Our services are 100% free, confidential, and focused on empowering individuals to take the next step toward a fresh start.

Housing

Measure of Hearts Foundation operates population-specific supportive transitional housing designed to stabilize individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Our housing sites are intentionally structured as safe, home-like environments that promote dignity, recovery, and long-term stability while participants work toward permanent housing and self-sufficiency.

MOHF serves specific populations, including:
• Justice-involved adult men
• Women and women with children
• Seniors and older adults

Each site provides a supportive setting that prioritizes safety, routine, and continuity of care, while connecting residents to wraparound services such as case management, benefits navigation, healthcare coordination, and community-based supports.

Our housing programs are well-suited for Managed Care Plan members and hospital patients who require a safe, stable discharge option but do not meet criteria for higher-level institutional care. MOHF works collaboratively with hospitals, health plans, and public systems to support timely, appropriate discharges and reduce the risk of returns to homelessness, avoidable emergency department utilization, and preventable readmissions.

Through strong partnerships and trauma-informed practices, Measure of Hearts Foundation serves as a trusted community-based provider supporting housing stability, reentry, and whole-person care outcomes.
